Fully Automatic Hydraulic Compression Test Machine with Touchscreen

The C.WT series Concrete Compression testing machines are fully automatic machines used to perform Compression tests on cube and cylinder samples of different size.

Frame: Welded type mono block construction, available in different capacities (1000kN, 1500kN 2000kN and 3000kN), low friction single acting piston in the bottom side, comply with EN-12390-4 standard, comes with distance platens (2x50mm,1x70mm) to test different sizes of samples, upper platen spherically seated to allow an inclination of 3°, all transmission surfaces are additionally plane – parallel – treated and fine machined, feasible to test cube and cylinder samples of different size, compression daylight is 336 mm.

Load Measurement: The load measurement and control is carried out between 2% and 100% of the capacity with class 1 or better accuracy due to the accurate load measurement system according to EN-ISO-7500-1 standard.

Hydraulic System: Advanced hydraulic unit with multi piston hydraulic pump driven by electrical motor, smooth and high flow rate, fast piston approach, with manifold and pressure limit valve, oil tank, comes with necessary joints and hose.
