PGE-125.1 Jaw Crusher is designed for the controlled crushing of mineral samples up to a maximum diameter of 100 mm in ore preparation laboratories. With 100 × 100 mm jaw opening dimensions, the system features a reinforced steel construction body and 16–18% Mn-Cr alloy cast steel jaws, ensuring high durability and long service life. It is powered by a 2.2 kW motor operating at 380 V / 50 Hz (220 V optional) and is equipped with a motor protection thermal switch for safe and stable operation. Thanks to the adjustable jaw gap, the output particle size can be precisely set from 0–5 mm up to ranges such as 0–10, 0–15, 0–20, and 0–30 mm. The unit has a capacity of 50–150 kg/hour, with a maximum noise emission level of 85 dB.
The jaw gap can be easily adjusted via the front adjustment mechanism, and the crushed material is collected in the sliding drawer located at the bottom section. Mounted on a steel platform, the structure can be made mobile with optional wheel installation.
