PGE-125

Large Capacity Jaw Crusher

The PGE-125 Large Capacity Jaw Crusher is designed for primary crushing operations of hard and brittle materials (such as soil, rock, ore, cement, clinker, glass, raw materials, ceramics, coal, metal oxides, etc.) in laboratory and industrial facilities. Featuring a 300 × 200 mm jaw feed opening, the system offers adjustable output sizes of 10–20–30–40–50–60 mm, providing flexibility for different process requirements. The machine is powered by an 11 kW motor at 1000 rpm and operates on 380 V supply voltage. It is equipped with an electrical control panel capable of star-delta starting and includes an emergency stop button as standard for operator safety. Depending on the type of material and the targeted final particle size, the crusher delivers a high capacity of 1,000 – 3,000 kg/hour.

The outer body of the machine is manufactured from heavy-duty steel construction, while the pitman is produced from cast steel. After welded fabrication, the crusher body undergoes stress relieving and is then precision-machined on CNC machines. The drive system utilizes a heavy-duty flywheel pulley, and the jaws are cast from 16–18% Mn and 1.5% Cr alloy steel and heat-treated, making them suitable for crushing hard and very hard ores. The cast jaws are replaceable. The machine is mounted on a steel platform, and the crushed material is collected in the wheeled product collection hopper located beneath the platform.
