Concrete Sample Moulds

Cube Moulds

Stainless steel, cast iron, and high-strength rigid plastic cube moulds are manufactured in accordance with the dimensions, geometrical tolerances, and technical requirements specified in the relevant national and international standards. Cast iron moulds feature a four-piece body construction securely clamped to the base plate, providing easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. The moulds are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring high mechanical strength and long service life.

Rigid plastic moulds are manufactured as a single-piece construction using the injection moulding process. Their lightweight and durable design makes them particularly suitable for field applications. Concrete specimens can be removed quickly and safely from the moulds by applying compressed air without damaging either the specimen or the mould.

Cylinder Moulds

Steel, plastic, and steel-base plastic cylinder moulds are manufactured in accordance with the dimensions, geometrical tolerances, and technical requirements specified in the relevant national and international standards. The moulds consist of a two-piece construction comprising a cylindrical body and a base plate. The body is securely clamped to the base, allowing easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. Manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, the moulds provide excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and extended service life.

Beam Moulds

Steel beam moulds are manufactured in accordance with the dimensions, geometrical tolerances, and technical requirements specified in the relevant national and international standards. Produced from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, the moulds ensure excellent durability and dimensional accuracy. The two-piece mould body is securely clamped to the base plate, allowing easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning while facilitating efficient specimen preparation and demoulding operations.
