Vibrating Tables for Sample Compaction

INNOVOTEST Vibrating Tables are designed to provide controlled and uniform vibration for the compaction of fresh concrete specimens in accordance with the requirements of applicable international testing standards. Their rigid construction and optimized vibration characteristics ensure consistent specimen density, improved repeatability, and reliable test results.

Each vibrating table is equipped with a heavy-duty vibrating motor, an electronic control unit, and a mould clamping system. Laboratory models are available in two capacities: a compact model accommodating up to 2 cube or cylinder moulds, and a high-capacity model capable of holding up to 6 moulds simultaneously.

To meet different testing requirements, three clamping system configurations are available:

  • Standard Top Clamping System – A top-mounted clamping beam designed to securely hold multiple cube or cylinder moulds simultaneously during vibration.
  • Optional Mechanical Side Clamping System – Features adjustable side clamping beams for rapid and secure fixation of cube, cylinder, and beam moulds, providing increased flexibility for different mould configurations.
  • Optional Electromagnetic Clamping System – Designed specifically for steel moulds, this system uses powerful electromagnetic clamps to provide fast, uniform, and vibration-resistant mould fixation without mechanical adjustment.

The vibrating tables are compatible with cube, cylinder, and beam moulds, making them suitable for a wide range of concrete specimen preparation applications.

Portable Vibrating Table

For field and construction site applications, INNOVOTEST Portable Vibrating Tables provide a compact and lightweight solution for preparing concrete specimens directly on site. Depending on the external dimensions of the moulds, the portable unit can accommodate one or two cube or cylinder moulds. Despite its compact design, it delivers efficient and uniform vibration, ensuring proper specimen compaction and consistent test quality under site conditions.
